3. INITIAL DESIGN STEPS
- Development of Your Design Concepts
- Creating Your Home Profile, Personalized Elements with Measurements and Photos
- Analyzing your Home for all Aspects to be included, i.e. Architectural, Structural and Aesthetic
- Establishing Your Purchasing Plan for Budget, All Provisions and Style Preferences
4. PLANNING & PRESENTING
- Review of our Refined Design Presentation with you, finalize details
- Review of Preliminary Budget, Refine the Budget for final approval
- Set Team Associated with your Project, aligning craftsman and other pros needed
- Review of Tangible Products associated with the Project Decisions
5. SCHEDULING
- As the Project Begins, You will have Full Access to the Budget, Your Presentation and the Timing Schedule
- Your Budget and Timing will be Updated as Decisions are Confirmed and Milestones reached
- Efficiency and Frequency of Updates is our primary goal
6. PRICING
- Your Designer will provide you with a Live Budget Version of your Project Budget. This will change as items or services are approved. A Preliminary budget is provided, as actuals are approved, those actuals will be applied
- Pricing on your budget will reflect a cumulative total of all products and expenses
7. SPEC SHEETS & DELIVERABLES
- Review of all products with partners, for provision of ALL specs to the Contractor, Installers are available to you, the Client
- Discussion of any details requiring review of specs, change orders, and reselect list
- Collaborative meeting with the Design Team to continue to build the updated budget and Deliverables
8. DESIGNS FOR FURNISHINGS & ALL
- In tandem with the Design Outline will be the Paints, Stains, Wall Finishes, Decorative Lighting, Furnishings, Upholstery, Window Treatments, Flooring, Countertops, Tile Accents, Collective Finish Orchestration, Accent Lighting
- The Option of Artwork and Decorative Accessories can be added as part of your original plan or during, as long as it fits with your timing. A budget can be presented for this feature
- Finishing Features offered; Bed and Bath Finishing Details, Living Spaces Finishing Details, Kitchen Finishing Details
- Review of all Installations based on the Confirmations of all Products being installed into the home
- Review with Contractor/Subs, all Surface Installs or Finishes to ensure 100% Confidence
9. FOLLOW THROUGH DETAILS
- Total Project Management for a Quality Finish to the Project
- All Finishing Elements provided to the Project as approved
- Final Budgetary Details for balancing during the entire project to the end
